Thank you very much for the DVD that came well before Christmas.

Thought to give you a little feedback regarding the DVD.
The reason we bought it was a begging plea from the kindergarten. They showed the film in connection with a dance project in the early fall of 2009, and in particular the youngest kids have since not wanted to watch other films than this one. The staff hopes now that most of the kids will get their needs satisfied at home, so they can show some other movies again. You should take this as a big compliment.
Still, after 9 months, my 2 year old loves it when the movie comes on, and she does not sit still for a second but is dancing along the whole way. Our 4-year-old has learned the steps and makes dance performances for us all the time. The funny thing is that she actually has figured out quite a few tap-dance-steps. When she hears tap dance music, she is the first that begins to tap :-)

We adults especially like that the film is slower pace, has 'ordinary' voices (as opposed to the voices used when dubbing cartoons for kids), a kind theme and nice music.

Thank you for a very nice movie.

I bought The Music Box on Amazon and I am delighted to se my daughter dance to this DVD over and over again.

I am a young mom and got this from a Norwegian girlfriend here in L.A...and my son loves it SO much and like to let everybody know this is great for children to get them to dance and have joy! I also plan to use it a Christmas and B-day gifts for my friends kids. Fun for all kids! I Highly recommend it for any child to enjoy ;)

This is great! Helt supert at den er paa norsk ogsaa. Great that it's coming in Norwegian too! I will tell all my friends in Norway about this Music Box!

My son and daughter have not let me take this DVD out of our DVD player since we received it. It's a wonderful blend of all sorts of dance styles and keeps my twins absolutely mesmerized. This is a HIT and I plan on giving it to all of our friends' children for their birthdays!

My girls are 3 and 4, they love it and ask to watch it constantly. They are even showing me and naming the dance moves.

I'm working as a teacher in Norway, and her we've got Music Box, with an educational guide, and I’m happy to say that this tool is working perfectly for me. Insecurity when it comes to dancing with children was my concern before, but now I’m looking forward to each time we get the chance to use this dvd.
The rest of the tool is also helping me to develop the childrens social skills, their creativity and it’s good learning for developing language.
All in all, music box (with it’s educational guide) are representing something that’s been missing in my work for a long time.

I played Music Box Dance Along Fairytale for my three grandchildren and I am very happy that I had the opportunity to do so. I loved watching them react to the music and the dancers. My twin two year old granddaughters laughed and moved to the music. My four year old grandson was fascinated as I explained the story of the lost Prince. I enjoyed it just as much as they did! Children love this because it is interactive and made for them. It entertains and teaches at the same time. They will learn different dance styles and become familiar with Classical music. I appreciate the love and caring for children that went into the making of Music Box Dance Along Fairytale. I recommend this for every child.

Thank you for the awesome Fairytale Music Box DVD. The kids love it and are totaly mesmorized while watching. My daughter Lena has picked up the moves and dances them all day long.

Our daughter loves this movie and has watched it over and over since we got it. She especially loves the Chazzy Cat and the Prince. It is so infectious and charming that we are also happy to watch it over and over with her! Cannot recommend it more!

I have to write a review for this DVD, because I'm amazed to see how much these kids watch it! They ask to see it over and over and have not only memorized the dance moves, but also the dialogue! The story and characters really have entranced them and I catch them singing the music too!!

The MUSIC BOX DVD is such a great and timeless gift to any family! This dance-along fairy tail will entertain your children, with fun characters and great dance moves. It made me so happy to see this real and wonderful way of storytelling. It's sort of old school, but still so fresh, modern and new. Stellar performances, and very well put together. Truly a must have under every christmas tree, and in every house that can appreciate dance, music, and magic.

I was thrilled at the opportunity to see the video, as I know the production staff is abundantly gifted and talented musically and morally.
I was not disappointed. The music is catchy, the acting is not overdone, and the dialogue moves well with the action. "Action" meaning elaborate dances that not only moved my kids to get out of their beanbags, but my wife and I to tap our toes and hum along. Often I actually find myself whistling the backround tune.
No kidding, this video teaches meaningful lessons to our children that different cultures and backrounds can work together to not only solve puzzles, but enjoy the lighter things in life as well.
If I had 3 thumbs, I'd raise all of them!

I bought this video for my 8 year old daughter and 5 year old son. They just love it and have watched it dozens of times. I appreciate that the story, effects, and music are not frantic like so many other childrens' DVDs. I don't mind sitting through multiple screenings with my kids. They keep this DVD by the player so they can pop it in whenever they want. They also like watching the extras which introduce the people behind the characters. This is a gentle intelligent story. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend The Music Box to parents and their children. The Music Box is fresh and original. As a child development specialist I particularly like that it shows a divers group of children working, playing and problem solving together in a fun creative way.
As a new grandma what really delights me is that my 18 months old grand daughter says "more tap" and "ba-e" (ballet) as she dances about the room

My little daughter, 2 years old, LOVES this video. After we got it last week, this is what she wants to watch! "I want to watch the kids dance" She dances along and is so exited to learn the moves. My little boy age 5 fell in love with this video. He has always been interested in dance and loves to move to music,but with this video he was able to recognise different forms and rhythms of movement which to me is dance! At first he was attracted to and learned the routines of Jazzy Cat and the Pirat. Then to my surprise he began to love the ballerina, the Indian dancer and especially the tap. Lastly i began to dance with him and not only is it bonding experience but I get to dance too!

My 5 year old son watches The Music Box everyday.He feels confident enough to try the moves on his own with encouraging comments. This DVD is great to get kids off the sofa and follow along. Jenny at The Dance Store.

My daughter Gia (who's 21/2 yrs) and I love the Music Box DVD. It was surprising how well she related to all the different characters. The music is beautiful. Very watchable again and again.

I have seen Music Box 10 times. I like the end where the prince comes to the persons house and he is wearing his regular clothes. I liked the exotic princess the best.

I recently purchased the Music Box DVD for my 3 year old Maile. I heard about it through Kimberley Mills, who you know very well. The night we received it in the mail, Maile watched it 2 times back to back and when it was time for bed, she had a fit when I shut it off. The next morning, the first words out of her mouth was , "Mom, its time to get up....I need Music Box". She absolutely loves it and interacts with the characters. She especially loves Jazzy Cat, the ballerinas, and the last song ... as soon as they are done, she says "Mommy, again!" CRAZY! I want to thank you for designing a beautiful pro-active video that teaches children to discover the art of storytelling, music, and theater! What a wonderful creation!

We bought the Music Box at Norway Days Festival and my daughter Marlena really enjoys this DVD. The second time she watched it she danced along in front of the TV through out the entire movie.

My daughter 4 years old, was totally transfixed by the movie, she watched every move those dancers made, and wanted to watch it again, right away.

My daughter love this video. She started learning all the dances, she would be at the store and saying 'kick ball change' at the park doing second position and saying it...Crazy for it!!!!!

I got the Music Box as a Christmas Gift and i have to tell you my Niece and Nephew loved it. Not only have they asked to see it again and again but it has brought my Niece back to the times when we were all little girls and wanted nothing more then to wear a tutu and be the best Ballerina that we could be. I would recommend the movie to all who have kids weather it be to take a break from them or get them to get up and get a little exercise.

Pretty much every day my daughter has asked to watch and by the second week she was running to put on her ballet costume to practice. she walks around repeating the moves. "mommy, watch me do first position and second... padasha (sp?) and kick ball change." she wants me to do it with her. she had fallen at school and had a cast on her arm for 2 weeks... this was literally the only excitement she wanted when she returned home she couldn't get to the dvd player fast enough.

My daughter loves this DVD, she begs me to see it all the time and stands in front of the TV doing the easy to follow steps!

Music Box has provided our almost-five-year-old daughter with a stimulating, educational form of entertainment. We don't have TV and watch very few movies, but we're delighted with Music Box (and our daughter is, too!).

My oldest daughter (4) has been taking ballet for a couple of years now and she adores Benedicte, so when the DVD came out we just had to buy it. She was mesmerized from the moment we started watching it, and she keeps asking me to see it over and over. What truly surprised me, though, is that my youngest daughter (2), who's not into television at all, also loves the video and "dances" to it. As a parent, I find it stimulating, original and refreshing; it's not mind-numbing like most productions geared toward children, and the musical choice is excellent. I would recommend it to any parent without hesitation. Great job!!!

My daughter loves it! We play it over and over. And she is so surprised when we go to other peoples houses that they don't have the DVD. So I guess we need to give them as gifts. Yvette
